Closest we got is probably Ritssyn. Maybe Kanrethad now that hes back and saneish.

Was really hoping Tamsin Roame would make it as a WoW hero somehow-- then she died.

Technically? The Player Character.

Since legion you became the leader of the black harvest.

After that, https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Council_of_the_Black_Harvest the members of the Council.

Fun fact, the OG members of the Council of the Black Harvest are homage tto a few Players and the Dev who reworked locks in MoP like Shinafae and Sparkuggz (Shinfell and Zelifrax)

Kanathad ebonlocke is the most powerful warlock after the player unless you count medivh but he is more of a mage now that sargeras no longer lives in his body, other than those two I would say pick a council member of the black harvest or pick a demon that is still alive like jaraxxus or mannorth.

Let’s go with WoD Universe Kil’Jaedan.

Let’s not open WOD pandora’s box ever again, in special as part of an attempt to make sense of WOD, Blizzard said that the Burning Legion is a singularity, in the sense that the Burning Legion of WOD is OUR burning legion, their Archimonde’s? is OUR archimonde; their Kil’jaeden? our Kil’jaeden

It’s why we Archimonde is nowhere to be seen in the legion invasion [because we killed him in the Mythic version of Hellfire Citadel where he teleport us to the twisting nether, the only place where he can be killed for good].

the Whole Timetravel/Timebubble/Timethingamagic is a mess they should have never done, it creates a insuferable amount of plotholes and messy stuff that is best ignored for the rest of the game history.

i dont think there is a destinctive leader for warlocks at any time. our class prefers isolated research fueled by paranoia of outsiders. Plus, warlocks are duplicitous in nature.

theres individual covenants like the black harvest that work with one another for a goal to be achieved. Technically we where the leader of the black harvest but now its kanrethad ebonlocke. champions cant be held down in one place.

I was mostly joking, but it does beg the question that the linked post brings up, what are the other Kil’Jaedans doing. Would be wild if absorbing all alternate versions of yourself is part of becoming a demon. Especially funny then they’d be called Legion.

So, if we open a little bit the Pandoras box.

If we follow the argument fully, there is no other Kil’jaedans, but there are some plotholes on that, like Socretar being a demon in mainline while still a draenei(for a time) in WOD.

Honestly in the end, blizzard will do what blizzard want to do, maybe they retcon the whole thing and say that there are other Kiljaedens and Archimodnes who are good guys in full alternate realities and retcon WOD to be some type of Time bubble who in truth, brought only a sliver of an alternative reality and no the entirety of it.

Or Kil’jaden and Archimonde could not exist in that time line, Like how Yrel did not exist in ours at least I don’t think she did. There are of course other changes in the draenor timeline. So it is not impossible that there is only one Kil’jaden and one Archimonde in the whole of wow, another possible answer to it is that Kil’jaden and Archimonde under the guidance of our one true god Sargeras, went around the other time lines killing themselves in order to avoid facing a good Kil’jaden and Archimonde or even potential rivals in upcoming demons who would want their powers. Another answer could also be that WOD is just a small bubble made by Garrosh that does not affect any realities and is just a small pocket dimension and the people in that world were actually just create when the hole was open, but that’s just a theory … a game theory.

I still subscribe to the theory that Yrel and her late sister in WoD are the Sunwell twins in our timeline.

But since they cut 70% of wod we’ll never know.
sigh

Would be an interesting thing to go with, back in Tbc there was an item called the Book of Fel names. That had all the demons true names in it. If they still go with the true name thing like when Othaar changed his name to Socrethar if Yrel and her sister did a similar thing to him and changed his name. That could also go for the other demons as well than and it could be possible that some demons we meet like Hakkar the houndmaster could be a draenei we meet in WoD or from another time line.
