Look at affliction warlocks. They got remade again in 9.1.
Look at combat rogues… mastery ability caps at 30%.

Afflock is a disgusting mess. At least in 9.1 they are making dark caller baseline.
It’s one guy for most of the classes, if not all.

yep, it’s such mis management of the game imo - and you’re right cuz it was verified by a blizz employee that this is the case.
no wonder stuff sucks so bad…they need a full team with dedicated class devs imo. and those individuals should be responsible for more than just numbers - like class fantasy and such should be one of their skills.
the blizz team is full of mathematicians and intelligent theorycrafters, but where is the game dev skill like the original devs had? they need a larger team for this to be a success imo.

Yea, blizz has like 2 devs for all the classes. They couldn’t even tell you what they are doing.
what? Arent they getting a lot of money from WoW still? Given its not 12 mil subs anymore but 2-3 mil subs per month is still a hefty amount of money

I would know better than to work for a company that expects that much without a huge pay increase.
Even then, the reasonable amount of devs needed is no less than 10.
Since it’s obvious your a blizz white knighter, why don’t you go ahead and defend blizz for overworking 2 ppl doing a 10-15 person job.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they were using a template system with a randomizer that randomly chooses a spell and then decides what happens to it:
- Nerf
- Buff
- Delete
- Change into something completely different.
