My group had the same thing happened - DC as soon as the dungeon finished. We were in a +21 Court of Stars.
Same for us. On 20 COS. Timed it. Looted. Took a portal and couldn’t jump to the next screen. Got stuck in loading. Finally got back in and had the portal, but no increase in M+ score?
Ours was similar but the opposite. We got score and valor, but the chest was frozen for everyone. Then we DCd and relogged to find the chest missing. We hearthed but it whiffed and went on CD. DC right after.
Hopefully either of the cases do not become widespread.
