Pretty sure Bastion is based on or heavily influenced by the idea of Elysium/Elysian Fields

Yep that’s why I picked Ascended as my covenant. If i’m going to be running around in a main area, i’d want it to be Bastion. It really is just so relaxing in comparison to the rest.

That was like the #1 complaint in beta too regarding Bastion!
Do not hate bastion, it’s the best zone ever with the perfect covenant, the perfect music, everything is perfection

The covenant upgrades you have multiple places to teleport too and back, upon leaving that little portal thing, you get like 50 seconds of 400% speed boost and levitation
And your Steward provides you a portal back to Elysian Hold

None of which helps me get that node that’s literally 20 feet above me but takes a mile of climbing to get to.

As a Kyrian there’s a spot where some floating building is in the middle of the map and you have to click on this teleport node to fly up there, you went up there before if you did the traditional questing way to level 60
The Kyrian upgrades improve that little area too so all you do is jump off and float away to wherever you please
