The flaming peep mount.
I absolutely love the mount itself, and all this history that came with it. Played during tbc and have hoped for it ever since. I ebb and flow playing WoW, but whenever I go back this is one of the first things I farm for.
If Ashes gets made into a Dragonriding mount, prepare for skys filled with swirling ribbons of red and pink. People will be flying at top speed trailing a mile long streak behind them.
There was a march from Thunder Bluff to Stranglethorne in Ezra’s honor, all taurens. The response was so massive that GMs were pleading with people to log off. The strain on the server was about to crash it. They finally forced a reboot of the server about the time the march was over. The lag was incredible but the show of support was phenomenal. I haven’t played that tauren since.
Anything larger than an elf looks very funny on Ashes, but many flying mounts have that problem.
It is iconic. The first iconic flying mount. Fron a time where most were just glad to have a gryphon or wyvern to fly on. An elegant mount for a more civilized age.
That’s actually pretty impressive.
Better than the ingame model. Well done.
The mounts not even good-looking?
Wha?
