Up he flies, well out of Chief’s reach, and down rains the blaster fire and missiles until his foe is melted into the surface of the arena. Chief may endeavor to bring him down with UNSC weaponry, but short of maybe a SPARTAN Laser I doubt he has aught that can overcome Fett’s Mandalorian armor.

Even if Bobba was to fly up Spartans 2s are a notch above your best marksmen, he would have no issue shooting in between the armor gaps.

Meanwhile the chiefs armor and shielding can absorb a few plasma bolts so it’s safe to assume it can tank a couple laser blasters.
