Haven’t been able to play yet, but going by twitch it seems like Alliance wins most often.
Alliance by a slight margin. It’s a toss up between who decides to waste more time doing the more trivial honor gains.

Tossup depending on how much one side botches the rush
But usually its in ally favor. Somewhere between 60-80% winrate here, haven’t rly kept count.
It is funny how unstable the Zerg meta is. It is not stable against defection, seems to me.
If all I have to do is defend for a few minutes, everyone quits, and I auto-win, seems like defending would beat zerging, at least for the team favored to lose the zergfest.
Alliance wins if it’s zerg.
Horde wins if it’s turtle.
So alliance always wins.

In this zergfest it’s just who pulls first. My first AV we pretty much just ran in and grabbed the boss and won. If the group has a good enough tank you can do that, if not you may need to kill a marshal or two first which still doesn’t take that long.
Alliance wins about 79% of the time.
Even I think it’s a little broken.

alliance they just run to the boss its the av i remember.
I would feel bad but then I remember the wpvp and all the ganking. So yeah.
