Just curious. I don’t know if I would but I think I would very much likely. I have been playing for her story for a long time and for that to end would make the games story no longer have value for me. On top of that the other horde leaders are so very bland they could just as easy be alliance leaders and I wouldn’t be able to know the difference.
Quit?
That would ensure I stayed subbed longer as I’d want to kill her on my alts too.
Oh heck no! I’d subscribe for life if it meant a chance to kill her as a loot piñata.
Bear in mind I said kill, not defeat. Not standing-in for the Jailor, not fleeing at the last second, or making another deal to stave off her final death. No redemption.
Death. Final, utter death.
It would mean I got to sing ding dong the witch is dead so I would definitely keep playing
Bonus points if sylvanas dies in a questing zone instead of a raid: that would be fantastic.
I’d lose interest in all Blizz products.
Reason: they write characters and story with Disney morals.
I think the previous patch had most leave the game do to the way they did her. That video and ending really had tons of people mad. Now you can not hear anything about it. I know people say slow because it end of expansion. Still as a tank i have up to 45 min wait on some runs.
Yeah that would of been the last straw for me as well. I did read into her words though maybe too much. Could just be denial but I don’t think people are reading them properly and it’s making her look more like a villian then she is. Not that she isn’t evil she does have her evil parts. That is what makes her such a great horde character and leader though. It seperates her from the alliance unlike the other horde leaders which have no distinguishing characteristics.
I wouldn’t mind raiding Sylvanas.
Genocide
is not
redeemable
Tyrande Whisperwind (lost her people) or Zendarin Windrunner (just power hungry) might kill her off if it’s not in a raid.
She ordered the massacre of an entire continents worth of civilians because a dying Night Elf told her she could never defeat Hope.
That isn’t morally grey, it’s evil. Pure and simple.
“Death to the Banshee Queen! Death to her Loyalist Traitors!”
I would be ecstatic to finally end that miserable wench
I don’t think her becoming a raid boss is likely.
The only thing that would make me never, ever come back, even just to level to cap in the new expansion; would be if the game when f2p.
I leave when I’m not enjoying myself, but over the course of an expansion I’ll usually still finish the storyline and final raid.
That tree is hardly a continent. Was more like a island maybe. Also completely the nightelves fault. Shouldn’t use it as a way to transport military goods or soldiers if you don’t want it to be burned during a war. Using civilians as a shield is also evil.
I am quite eager to see how it turns out.
Why should she be spared that indignity?
Blizzard will wimp out anyway and not allow her to be killed, so what’s the problem? I think she should be a raid, let the nelf’s have their vengeance for burnt trees.
I’m sure my hunter would like an updated Sylvanas bow or cloak. So, win-win.
Excuse me? Lore wise Teldrassil was utterly massive, it was a World Tree. It housed an entire civilization of people; you don’t get to question the lore just because it makes Sylvanas’ actions look as evil as they were.
Teldrassil was the Night Elf capital, not a military installation. Those were housed in Ashenvale and Darkshore. You cannot be serious.
These threads are always hard for me to stomach because I can’t help but think people like you actually believe stuff like this in real life. Sylvanas is evil. Moustache-twirlingly, blatantly evil. Full stop.
id power level multiple characters just to kill her. Ill give blizzard half another year of sub if they let us kill her
I’m not emotional attached to any characters so it wouldn’t bother me. Though I doubt she would die in said fight.
