Most apps and stuff you download could be asking for your first born, but everyone just clicks accept and doesn’t think about it.

What’s this social contract??
if you dont accept it you cant play wow at all if you decline your account is done.i turned off all my chat say,whispers,trade,general and zone.all except guild chat.
Wait, so you don’t even get the option to change your mind on it later if you decide you can’t live without WOW?

I’ll accept it and it probably won’t be any different for me.
I do of course, wonder how long it will be before Blizzard does another round of layoffs and lets the people enforcing the social contract go. 
So its just like an extended terms and conditions?
