Twitch is good for banning them if by mentally unstable you mean abusive.
Chrislongtv on Twitch AFK’d my solo shuffle, and when I told him “play the game or be reported” he abused me live on stream with all kinds of extreme language.
Friends and I then reported his stream, and within 2 hours he was perma banned from Twitch.

Meta is someone I genuinely do feel kind of bad for. That type of anger that late in to your life over a game can not be healthy.
