I have been wondering about this for a while… Who the heck is Tod?!? I have 2 different trash items, a Venthyr Inquisitor’s Notes which says “Tod boasts the most peculiar sins I have ever encountered. I am at a loss as to what form of atonement could possibly be warranted” and the Tod’s Sinstone which has the flavour text of “Imagine the dumbest, yet most oddly diabolic, and still utterly wrong deeds.” Like I hope that we get to interract with this character at some point. Does anybody have information on this, maybe a nifty secret or something?

There isn’t much to him. He aggros anyone that comes close and doesn’t say or drop anything of importance that I noticed. Not sure if he is involved in any quests or such also.

I saw Tod once doing a quest in Revendreth, at least I think it was him. Kinda looks the type I didn’t want to dance with. So I beat feet!
