Whereas her capacity as Night Warrior is tied to her powers of Shadow and Death

Priestesses of Elune donāt use life magic.
Cenarius is the child of Malorne, a wild God. Him being affiliated to life isnāt really conclusive of Eluneās affiliations, unless you ignore the Y chromosome altogether.
As for the Wildkinā¦ ehā¦ could be a connection to life magic? We donāt fully know how they were created. Could be she used another medium to create them. Or more likely, could be creating beasts isnāt unique to life magic, because demons can do that too. I say this because they seem an outlier as we have never seen Elune actually use life magic.
Given he was born in the Dream I think it does, as well as the fact the Fyzandi Night Warrior Couple identify as Druids and worshippers of Elune. Theyāve not spoken of a Cenarius equivalent.
