Does anybody actually use the training matrix 5? And under what circumstances?

Yea, it was a REALLY REALLY stupid and pointless implementation since your better off either:
(a) Crafting something with the old spark that will be useful if recrafted later with the new spark. It’s the same end ilvl and you get 5 for free.
or
(b) Farming out a Whelpling’s crest instead for an item with an ilvl that would be more useful in current content (but would still be easily replaced regardless).
I’ve yet to see anyone want a matrix, with good reason. Stuff like this is why I often wonder why there is no “stupid checker” for stuff like this before it gets pushed out.
The only way is would have been useful would be if you could use it from level 60. As it is then -crickets- it is.
Because then half this crap would be considered stupid. Like half the profession recipes.
Who really wants to waste 500g of mats to create an illusion that lasts 20 mins? No one.
Blizz aint going to implement that.

I got one, then read it carefully and was like…wait what’s the point of this, what a waste. So it’ll sit in my bag for now.
I’ve used training matrix 5 for new 70s who need off hand weapons. My leveling toons are getting whelpling crests from the Fyrakk camps now, and even lvl 70 gear to save.
