What if the titans we know, simply were corrupted by Order first, and then missioned to find other planets to join their ranks by pumping Order into them. Halls of Infusion spoiler?
They told us that Void also has this same mission, find planet titans, corrupt them, birth a Void titan.

Yeah as far as I knew,
Titans were listed under the cosmic category of Order. As if to imply all titans fall under Order, even sargeras.
It is odd though, how they all “blessed” the aspects with different kinds of power. That being said, Order is also known as Arcane. Which could maybe explain all the different styles of magic/blessings. Idk.
Well, none of the aspects draw their power from The Light, Death, Fel or the Void. The Void also has some control over Life and Death, per controlling the Elements and creating Galakrond, so why shouldn’t the Titans be able to have some sway over forces of Life to empower the Green, Red and Black Dragonflights?

No it is not, you should read Chronicles. The all take up different aspects of the realms. Eonar for example took up the aspects of life and nature. Also All Titans life force is powered by the Arcane. so while their origin might from Order they are not Order. They each take up an aspect of the different realms except Amanthule who stayed arcane.
It is like all Dogs are Canines, but a german shepherd and a Pug are not the same thing.
