That might be out of date.

Recent reveals from Dragonflight indicate the existence of a Zereth Ordus and awareness of the First Ones on the part of the Titans and their Keepers.

Titans came about when creation happened through the Light and the Void Colliding and creating the twisting Nether. They are energy that took the form of Planet cores and then emerged from the cores as the beings you see now.

Eh, I could not say, mainly due to how I feel like the lore can be changed on a dime with Blizzard at times so I stopped keeping track. Just say the “Creators” did it and leave the rest to the imagination.

Yes and no. It is like how can we as finite beings even begin to understand if there is or isnt a god. OR any other cosmic entity.

They are sentient in that the void took physical form in the form of the Void lords and created the Old Gods and flung them into the cosmos to find and corrupt world souls.

And the Light took form in the form of the Naru protecting the world souls.

So they are sentient but to us they are so huge and powerful it is like an ant pondering the universe. They might as well not be sentient.

They were manufactured by a First Ones company, Titanfabrik GmbH, that unfortunately went into receivership several millennia before the War of the Ancients.
