Steve/Hogger here, just wanted to share this. My Varián toon hardly posted, but in this thread here we got a Varian who replied and it was a pretty badass thing to see.

Alt-codes for the name you almost got

Hi all, some brokenhearted people out and about tonight, so thought I’d share if they hadn’t known about alt codes. Google alt-codes list and it’ll be the first result. If you missed getting Jimkirk you could go like J alt-0204 mk alt-0204 rk to get JÌmkÌrk. (Probably one of the others a little more subtle, that was off the cuff. There are four for lower case I looking things.) They could pass for a lower case I if your resolution’s not perfect. That other one that looks like a capital B bu…
