Not what I said at all.
I said that the raid size has nothing to do with a game being a MMORPG. I only pointed out that 40 man raids were considered small when WoW launched. So I find this argument funny.

I remember doing Wintergrasp back in Wrath, thought it was so awesome. Granted I was 10 at that time lol.
The soup and tree event in DF were not quite on it’s level though.
I’m having fun.
If you’re not maybe you should take a break.
Based on my experience today, it’s made for people who like to stand around 25min. staring at the screen while waiting for a LFG because they don’t want to do the boring, grinding, long drawn-out quests and delves.
Everyone, which is why nobody’s happy with it
yeah thats because the internet didnt automatically solve every mystery, sim every single talent and gear combination and have guides to complete all content within 48 hours of content release back then
I think that OP is wrong with his list. The game is for pvp and casuals and (not old-time players, thank you) long time players. I say this because I know people in my guild who are all of those things. I think, of it all, the new players who get the achievement for collecting five pets is my favorite: they are hooked now.
Our raid team is consistently between twenty-five and a little more. We are five bosses into heroic. No, it’s not forty, thank goodness with a hard-set number for entry or success.
I play destiny also and and while destiny has changed to appease streamers and the game forums are exploding with complaints backing this up.
so please remove destiny from your list, cuz this new age wow is in no way related to destiny.
thnx
People with severe ADHD that need to go fast fast fast at all times with zero patience. Kind of like CoD players
I will say, I’m in the 90th percentile of ADHD, it’s bad enough to where I have memory problems and this game definitely forces me to stay focused xD
Hard to argue this point.
WoW was made for Dungeons & Dragons players who (in all their life) never got a really good open world multiplayer D&D video game
By implying you know what I mean to say, you’re spreading misinformation and in violation of the ToS.
they have made the game unpleasant to play now no wonder people are leaving big time.
They idenitfy with minions from Despicable Me.
It is made for multiple people.
Things change games change. It’s not gonna be the same experience now than it was 20 yrs ago.
“Feel like I lost a friend” Jesus H quit the dramatics.
WoW is designed around the assumption that players have grown better at the MMORPG genre over 20 years.
That is probably a mistake to be honest. Many people want a chill experience rather than the complexity we have now.
Well I don’t know about everyone else, but after 20 years I’m still having fun.
agreed, I still play Age of Empires 1 just to chill…
hushes OP
Shhh, it’s for the Shareholders and board members.
