Khadgar is probably a close #2 in terms of power, but he’s kinda injured rn.

After the forces defeated the Legion in the Netherspace Medivh spoke with Khadgar, telling him that he couldn’t stay to fight the Legion and that he was needed elsewhere. Then he flew off as a raven towards the Nether
He’s gone for too long! 
Hope he kissed Khadgar before leaving.

They’re strong but also the most well known.
Azshara, less so.
Also, would Norgannon + Aman’thul count? They’re Titan mages and all magic more or less comes from them.
I feel like that’s cheating though lol.

i do not need a literal source to interpret obvious intent when taking connotation into account
technically all she did was basically pick the scab of azeroth’s still healing wound after amunthul unwisely plucked y’shaarj from Azeroth in an attempt to excise him from the planet
although, it’s hard to argue against her might with all the old god juice she had been sipping, she was already a pretty powerful sorceress in her own right prior to making a pact with n’zoth

As far as we know Aman’thul can be killed, so I think he can be considered mortal

we’re finding out more and more that xalatath has left quite a footprint (pun intended) upon various parts of the cosmos
i wouldn’t be surprised if azshara had heard of xalatath and the reputation was enough to make her wary at least
