Is she another life-lord like elune? Why do the tauren see elune as a mindless eye of the earth mother? Is Elune and the earth mother the same entity and night elves just focus on worshipping one eye? Is the earth mother the titan world soul of azeroth and the tauren just neglect to realize the moon is inhabited by a god?

I have always wanted to know that, as well.
If the stories behind the Earth Mother are true, she’s presumably higher up than Elune, considering the same moon that acts as Elune’s embodiment also happens to be one of the Earth Mother’s eyes.
She’s the mother of the earth, I thought it was pretty obvious.
