It’s just a throwaway name lifted from the Egyptian pantheon to push a 6 month sub-farming bait mount.

If memory serves the Tolvir mentioned something about a God named Sa’bak in Uldum. Probably has something to do with the Titan machines beneath the surface, considering how close it is to that giant sword and the heart of Azeroth.
