Hey - as long as they only allow 1000 people per server on at a time, and enable layering to separate every 20 people, I think their hamsters can keep up.

I’m bringing the lighter fluid!
Luckily I have some chores to take care of so I only plan on making my names for all my toons, and maybe doing a little dabbling on 1 toon before calling it a night. That way if there are queues, at worse I don’t get to dabble at best I get a toon up through the starting area. Not in a rush to world first anything except maybe dying doing the Menthil Harbor to IF run on a lowbie hehe.

The launch day will undoubtedly be a dumpster fire, but Blizzard obviously cannot allocate servers based on the day 1 mega spike so I think we’ll all have to grin and bear it.

3 pm pacific, 4 pm mountain, 5 pm central… Texas is so damned big i’m not sure all of it is in the same time zone but I think so… else maybe the far eastern part is on Eastern time…
EDIT: You can tell that Chuck Norris was born in Texas. Or at least, I’m told his parents used Texas as his CRIB…

It is. Just drove from wyoming and right after hitting the border near amarillo it says entering central time. Im all the way by the south east coast too and its the same.
If there isn’t a 1 hour login queue and 500+ ms ping, it isn’t the authentic experience.

Everyone seems to be ignoring the fact that there are buttholes out there who are planning on DDOS’ing the servers. Most likely the servers will be DDOS’ed on accident from all the people trying to log in, but in-between those moments you’ll have real scumbags maliciously DDOS’ing to ruin peoples excitement. There always is.
