New PvP Talent: Divine Plea – After casting Daybreak, you regenerate mana over 12 seconds, but your healing and damage is decreased by 50%. Daybreak no longer restores mana from each Glimmer consumed.
Cleanse the Weak has been redesigned – When you dispel an ally within your aura, 1 ally within your aura is dispelled of the same effect. Healing allies with your Flash of Light or Holy Light will cleanse all Diseases and Poisons from the target.
Flash of Light now heals 50% more in PvP combat (was 80%).
Holy Light now heals for 75% more in PvP combat (was 100%).
BRUHHHHHH who the heck would ever pick that PvP talent??? 50%???
And here we all are thinking Searing Light is the single worst designed talent in the game and the dev team decided to have another crack at the title.
Im so glad I dont play retail anymore. Lol. What they keep doing to paladins is so terrible that it made me quit. If Classic were not a thing I would have unsubbed.
Holy Paladin’s saving grace in PVP is that the new Glimmer of Light rework might make Shockadin possible again… of course, until Blizzard nerfs the heck out of it because you can’t allow fun, right?
If it is as good as divine plea in wotlk and u can still cancel aura then this talent is going to be really good.
these nerfs are out of touch and pretty clueless. It doesnt matter that both these buttons got buffed baseline. This change was unnecessary. Holy paladin has no passive healing or damage mitigation so your hard casted abilties SHOULD BE EXTREMELY POWERFUL.
Im thinking more in terms of how the PvP climate is currently. Unless your team backs out of a fight or to reset, there will be absolutely no time in a Solo Shuffle or regular arena that you will have the ability to use this. Everyclass can 1 shot in a single CC.
So as well as not knowing at all how much mana we get back right now because of the obscure and nonclear tooltip we have no idea if its even worth wasting 12sec to get an unspecified amount of mana.
Even so…. You better look straight and not pay attention to what your neighbor healer is doing because when you compare holy P to Druid for example is like racing a Lamborghini vs a flea
The class is broken, Paladins had never really been nerf like every other class in the game. If devs are gonna nerf the class then they need to nerf it. Devs just pretend they nerf the class… that’s all…
