Had this happen in an LFR run last night, I had rolled on a tier token, in which a scalper of course won the roll. Then turned around and tried to sell it for 1 mil, like it get it’s the second week for the raid and people are clamoring to get their hands on tier pieces and trinkets especially. Yet holy moly who actually pays that much for it?!
What’s it made out of? I don’t fly for those wooden tier tokens.
people who have gold cap on a toons which theres some with over 200 million gold lol
Oh before you say its not possible to have that much gold. you clearly not met people who shuffle and mog farm sitting on more gold then people have on some realms combined between all the players
I mean at that point they would be better off buying a clear from a guild and being spoonfed gear.
Did anyone buy it lol?
Not sure, I didn’t stick around to find out XD.
i found a 616 boe in raid last night, 3/6 hero track.
sells for ~500k and it takes a while.
why would an lfr piece capped at 606 go for 1mil? i’d just ignore that and move on lol
I did, I just thought it was absurd though was all
At that point they’re literally making the game pay-to-win lol.
I really hope nobody took the offer.
i’m too rich yet too low iq to hear you
Personally i think that player should have been banned for that. However thats just me.
I hate scalpers with a passion that outshines a thousand suns.
No one will pay 1mil for a LFR tier token on week two.
It’s a negotiation tactic, always start high lol.
Had someone try and sell a Beledar mount for 500k starting and it went all the way down to 25k lol.
Phone auto corrected it haha. It always auto corrects the wrong things
Or maybe i was talking about the chaos space marines. Ever think about that?
I wasn’t xD.
Compulsive buyers are the best for making gold!
I mean it falls into the free market the game has, followed by the consequences of the new loot system. I don’t agree with it either, yet it’s also not a bannable offense at the end of the day.
A person whose end game is lfr and has a lot of spending money irl for token to gold conversion
I have seen ppl in gw2 spend 5000 USD to make a legendary , so its not really surprising
It’s just a painted doge coin.
I know its not lol. I just hate pos ppl who do things like that.
