West Coast PvP Cluster or East Coast PvE Cluster?
Both have an abundance. A better question would be which has more players you personally enjoy playing with. Only you can answer that. Rolling a lv 1 and chatting with the locals may help you get a feel for the unique culture each has to offer.

I just started a HC charcter on bloodsail and im playng off peak times at 10am server time, and i had to line up with 7 other people so we could all individually kill Yarrog Baneshadow for the burning blade medallion
Mankrik has more alliance than whitemane.
Whitemane has more overall population.
