Well since all black dragons are sons of deathwing could be any of her brothers, but i dont think it is nefarian he looks like a guy that dont care about having children of his own but rather torture the children of others in the neighborhood, like a true bully.
My guess would be random Black Dragons in Dustwallow, maybe even Emberstrife. The one that was in a cave behind her lair.
Given that he was a loyal servant of Nefarian and assessed those who wanted to ascend to being part of Onyxia’s personal guard, I would say he would fit the bill.
I wonder if he is still around. Blizzard is using him as a creep for the Dustwallow Marsh map in the upcoming Arclight Rumble game from what I’ve seen. So he might reappear in WoW again at some point.
