I’ve never figured out how 1 customer (out of millions) imagines he is so important that he can set rules for, or make demands from, a billion-dollar corporation.

The problem is, as we saw back in WoD, that the one solitary customer eventually becomes the millions of customers. The drip drip of cancelled accounts becomes the sploosh of multitudes of cancelled accounts. Yet the boards are filled with sycophants saying “Love it or Leave it.” Well… many are leaving. It’s gotta do wonders to the bottom line.
