Lone wolf club represent!
The only person on my BNET friends is my son. Only people on my friends list are crafters that I reach out to to make profession gear for my alts.
I had a Wow friend, once upon a time, but she turned out to actually be unhinged and ended up stabbing me in the back.
Fri Ends? Is that fancy talk for chitlins?
Oh, that’s a lie. People love MsBombastic.
Yup, friendless… guildless… pure solo player here
friends? no. one friend whose basically a brother? yes.
That’s a friend then.
Guildless huh? You lie!!!
They even took my pet away. Sads.
I dont have any wow friends but i have alot of IRL friends
Those aren’t friends. Those are addicts.
all my irl friends who played wow quit wow so no wow friends
I’ve always had way better, more enduring connections in WoW than in real life, with my closest WoW friends from over a decade ago still in touch. (My theory: Friendships based on shared interests, passions, values esp. artistic last longer) It’s unfortunate, in my mind, that people move on and split apart… But I’m thankful to have been able to anchor to WoW, which has endured with me even as my IRL circumstances changed and old connections sadly stagnated. I’m happy my good old gaming friends can always return, and I’ll be there to play with them. They’ve only got to give me a whisper
So, what you’re saying is, we have to kick you out? This is the Lone Wolf Club!
I have a few at a time. Usually start as someone who needs help with something. I help them for awhile and they disappear.
Oh, no. I’ve always been a lone wolf. The more time passes on and guilds quit, the more I am driven to play solo queues. These are players who ‘return’ once every expansion or two for two weeks and then leave. It’s just a rotation of catching-up, and I was trying to make the point that as a fact, in my life, the online connections have been the strongest over time.
Have you tried obtaining a servant?
I thought I did after playing with a few people for years
I clearly did not
