Whitemane in Scarlet Monastery of Old not dropping loot. Made over 20 runs into the instance and the only loot dropping from the fight is Mograine’s.

I am having the same issue. I have run the Cathedral around 200 times or more and have never seen any loot from Whitemane drop at all!!! I haven’t seen the scarlet boots either, but that is more than likely just my abysmal luck.
According to wowhead, there is no loot table attached to Whitemane.
You are looking at wowhead for the new Scarlet Monastery, not the old one. It should look something like:
Scarlet Monastery of Old is a litte bit different from Classic, but not by much–a few mail drops have been changed to plate (Herod’s shoulder and helm, Ironspine’s ribcage.)
No, I’m looking at the “old” NPC that looks like they were copied and added to 10.1.7 (note the version it was added). That is not the MoP one.
It looks like what they said on wowhead is correct. They put in a copy of her but didn’t put a loot table on her.
And, unfortunately, her loot table wasn’t moved to another boss.
Most of her drops have a modern equivalent in the “updated” instance which, AFAIK, transmogs identically to the original drop.
This definitely needs to be fixed, there are some pieces she used to drop I’d like to have.
Can confirm this is happening. I’ve yet to see any loot drop from her over 30 runs on my paladin.

Yeah, I’ve been trying it every few days. Still nothing from Whitemane.
I Wonder if this has been fixed.
