Earlier this year, Blizzard mentioned us being able to transmog white and gray items. Since then, I havent heard a word. Since they’ve been quiet about 9.2.7, maybe they will sneak it in there. Are you looking forward to adding alot more to your appearance collection?

It’d be neat but I don’t except it to change much for me. I’m not very creative so I generally stick with premade sets.

This is all we know. Though admittedly, I thought it was only white gear and now I regret all of the alt leveling and grey items I deleted.

Some wowhead writer took that to mean “GRAY/WHITE TRANSMOGS ARE HAPPENING BEFORE DF FOR SURE!” and plastered articles about it for weeks.
I don’t expect anything until DF 10. Maybe they’ll actually give us our WoD transmogs back.

More mogs is good. I’m hoping they do a retroactive thing accounting for the past vendor sales of non-moggable items. I’m not going to farm for grays and whites, but it’s going to be a nice addition. 
I hope so my worgen would love a white set.

Y’all done ran out of SL patches, Blizz.
I can’t think of anything specific but I’m sure there will be something I could implement onto my rich noble mog. Or my pirate mog.
Once I heard about this, I began to save all of the white and gray gear Ive looted. I created 2 characters, one for all of the white gear, one for all of the gray gear. Any duplicates go on the AH. Their banks are full with max size bags.

Getting the white gear seems to be difficult, though. I guess I need to quest more.

Leveling alts is how Ive gotten most of the rarer white transmog. We still have several days of the 50% xp buff, so now is a good time.
I would love to transmog some white and grey items. There were sets I found years ago in Outland that I wanted to use but sadly no option yet.
Hopefully they actually do this and not forget or outright abandon the idea.
