White version of Veinseeker- where to get?

Hey folks!

I’ve farmed the Underrot Crawg and got the leaping veinseeker.

I was hoping to get the white version of this:

I recall seeing it somewhere but I am not sure where to purchase, I checked the NPCs in Nazmir.

Grateful for your help because I think I might be missing something or maybe it appears as a rep requirement.

Veinseeker was added to the game to ease the Alliance tears about horses and gryphons.

I know right! Mind you I don’t think they’re too shabby either but been a big fan of Nazmir for a bit.

Nope you’re gonna get your 50 horses and gryphon reskins and you’ll like it.
