The quest bugged and didn’t give every one in the party credit. I was in a group with 2 others. We all had the quest and only the person who started the quest was able to progress it.
When I dropped it, Magni didn’t offer the quest again. /reload did not work. To have him offer the quest again, I had to leave the party, zone out of the hearth, and zone back in to which he offered the quest.
