May I plz ask which xpac let us buy heirlooms with gold, instead of tokens?

Dragonflight is what you’re looking for.
Pretty sure it’s a ways off but maybe Legion? By that point though heirlooms were outdated and the bonus is changed to be less worthwhile.
Think some were gold tied to guild rep in Cataclysm?
Heirlooms were changed in 6.1, which is Warlords of Draenor.
That was the point you could get them for gold.
