I got the standard. The boost alone was godly.

I’m not sure, Bread! What would you like from it? Do you care about the mount, the beta, the toy?

Seems it boils down to me, whether you want the mount or not. If you do want the mount, then you look at Heroic, but then notice 1 month game time and extra tenders on the Epic, and your basically even-money going with the Epic version. If you don’t want the mount, then just get the standard, unless you’re really REALLY keen on the 3 day early access or beta access.

Get it all, indulgence is the only option! Honestly though I do end up not using any of the extras for other editions after about 20 minutes :dracthyr_hehe_animated: My initial purchase is always the most expensive, but really, should’ve been the cheapest.

That depends, do you wanna make Bobby happy? Then buy the most expensive one

Mount sucks, mog sucks, and you won’t remember those three days in a year. In picked normal, and will add the character boost to the pile :dracthyr_yay_animated:

Well, as someone who is broke and struggling month to month, I’m choosing to go with the most expensive expansion option.

Swarf Logic!

Be like Swarf. Or not…

If you’re not one of those people that need your shiny toy NOW (like me) you could buy the base version then wait for it to go on sale and get the upgrade for a few bucks.

Whichever version you think is worth the investment. I believe a lot of it depends on one’s personal financial circumstances, free time, as well as enjoyment they get out of the game. Weigh those things and make your decision then. Personally, I’m not hurting financially, I’ve got lots of free time these days, and WoW is my favorite game. So buying the most expensive version was a no brainer for me.

If it’s for a Christmas Present…go big. Grab the Epic Edition.

If it’s for yourself ask if you really care about those extra goodies or the 3 days head start.

If not, go Standard and save.

Heroic, it’s what I always buy, and it’s reasonable. You can always upgrade it to epic if you want the other stuff later on.

Bobby’s all but gone. He oversaw the merger, he got a fat bonus, now he’s just sticking around for the transition.

But buy the Epic edition anyway because the early access makes people mad.

Now, see, if you cast an open net like that in the GD forum, the Light only knows what you’re going to fish out.

For the record, I think I’ll be getting whatever the top tier one is. Epic? idk… I just want beta again, so I can engage in more yelling at the sky while raising my fist about things like bag space and professions and healing.

Surprised they actually gave a boost for the base or standard version tbh. Can’t remember if a base regular version gave a level boost before.

If you like wow enough to have 12,000 forum posts, why not just get all the extras? You have like a year to scrounge up the extra 40 or 25 dollars for epic edition (depending on how you sub)

Maybe they have 12,000 forum posts because they like forums, not WoW
