Which vendor sells lv 100 blue BoA items?

Is there such a vendor? If so where may I find them? thanks.

You talking about the Island Expedition vendor? They’re across from the table where you queue for those, if so.

Otherwise, heirloom upgrades are sold in Ironforge, Hall of Explorers (or something like that).

Pretty sure the IE vendor is 110. since you need to be lvl 110 to get to bfa.

If you’re referring to Heirlooms (they have blue wording and are BOA), those are sold in Orgrimmar if you’re horde. You have to fly above the main gates to find the Vendor. Where the undead are making their “home”. Refer to the above poster if you’re alliance.

These are items you can use on your alts in most of your armor slots, and they level up with you. They also grant XP increases to help you with your leveling. You buy them with gold, and then they go into an Heirlooms tab - I believe you access it with Shift+P.

not heirlooms. I have all those.

I’m talking about the dark blues that go into the gloves, waist, and any other slot that we don’t have a xp heirloom for.
