Ret has Crusader Strike as its auto-attack, so I’m going to say Ret. It also explains why I periodically get a huge amount of holy power from one swing.
True. It’s useful for slow specs at lower levels. But few specs even with perfect rotation timing are going to get much out of it beyond a low power level.
DH is the way to go you get speed and crazy aoe one shots. The tinker is op for Dh
I think it also depends where on the power curve you are as it is quickly replaced by competing tinkers.

Probably Arms warrior or Havoc DH. Fury is swimming in rage with this much haste and the brilliance gem.
