Play Horde if you want:

  • a higher population
  • more guilds and players for end game content
  • raid
  • pvp
  • mythic+
  • lfr
  • heroic dungeons
  • mythic dungeons
  • rp
  • pet battle
  • all around have a better time in the game

Play Alliance if you want:

  • less players
  • very little end game
  • pet battles
  • heroic dungeons
  • lfr
  • rp
  • mythic dungeons

I found there’s a load of alliance ones, and the alliance cinematics are so much better.

Plus alliance doesn’t have that stupid pyramid to deal with.

Yes! The one in which Anduin asks for help from saurfang to save the Alliance of Sylvanas, is much better! :slight_smile:

All you need to know is that the World First guilds are primarily Horde. Players will flock to those servers, but especially to whatever faction the “perceived” advantage is on. That “advantage” which was racials, makes up a 1% or less difference that no one will notice unless they are either a top player, or pushing top content, consistently.

Feels like Horde is more populated right now. Though I’m a pretty die-hard Alliance player, I’m trying out Horde for a little while right now and it feels much more active than Alliance.

You realize you’re not actually a member of the alliance, right? That it’s a fictional faction ingame and there’s absolutely nothing to be offended over?

Actual numbers are it’s about 50% to 50% believe it or not. But Alliance has a lot of little kiddies and old ladies on it so the experience playing with “your fellow comrades” can be somewhat saddening. LOL

If you love horses then the Ali is waiting for you. Thats thier only advantage. For anything else, go horde.

One day the Alliance is going to train and weaponise all their horses and on that day, the Horde will know fear.

Currently Horde, traditionally, Alliance, hence all those purty blonde elves horde side became an option.
