What up guys, I tried DF and have not been impressed at all. I’m looking to come back to classic wow, as I never did get to finish the 1-60 journey when it was live and have not done any raids or end game classic wow content.
I’m wondering which server would be best for me, and if Season of Mastery is worth giving a shot. I just want to relax, spend some time leveling, and have at least one guild on the server that still does some end game content. I guess i’m wondering which the most populated PvP server is for WoW classic, or if any guilds are looking for more members.
Most active in the US is Mankirk (PvE) and then Whitemane (PvP). Both are low pop but have the largest population around classic era.
Grobbulus (RP) alliance has only one guild, but if you don’t care about the population as much, we are raiding weekly M/F 7-10 pacific and always welcoming new players! It’s a great vibe we clear MC/BWL/ZG/AQ20 and all world bosses weekly. It’s really a great time and we just need a few more folks before we can start clearing AQ40 then naxx! SoM is over and not worth rolling on (if they haven’t already locked it). No official word on SoM 2.
Thanks for the response and the info. I would love to join you, but I think with me being east coast, the time slots are just too late for me and my 9-5
Fair enough! Mankirk is probably your best bet since they’re east coast, and also have the most active players. But check around for guild raid schedules to make sure before you go one place or another! Wishing you luck
We’ve a small community of levelers/raiders on horde side in the PvP East 1 cluster (Benediction, Faerlina, Heartseeker, Incendius, and Netherwind). Most of the 60s are still in the process of acquiring their ‘preBiS’ so we dive through dungeons often. 7:00 PM EST is our start time for raid. The 20-man Zul’Gurub is our current project with 5/10 bosses slain.
I’d recommend rolling a level 1 on multiple realm clusters and chatting with the locals to find the place that’s the best fit for you.
