I love underground levels and aesthetic, so mine would definitely have to be the Loamm Niffen.
I thought their little dome houses looked super cozy and I could definitely see myself spending the rest of my life living in Loamm. I also feel like because the vast majority of them live in Loamm, you don’t have to travel at all (I hate traveling, so this is a positive for me). Everything you need is right there. Shops, schools (perhaps one of the little doors leads to an underground school, who knows), friends, etc.
Dragonscale Expedition. It’s the first time I actually felt like an adventurer in a game that has grown well beyond that point. It was fun doing adventuring things in a brand new land.
I don’t think we’ll ever really get that again. Delves aren’t nearly the same.
Hallowfall, mostly for the aesthetics. Not really into the glowy crystal worship. The two Earthen factions are ok, but really just dwarf 2.0. DF factions were bleh.
The Arathi. No great compliments to them. Being a moderatly interesting, if somewhat of a stretch is all it takes when your competition is depressed non-dwarves and cannibal bug-monsters.
The dragonscale expedition was my favorite, I think because I had the most fun doing the quests related to them. Taking pictures, climbing walls and planting banners!
None of the above. My favourite factions are all in the Shadowlands, where each was so different and really connected to different classes. My warlock felt right at home with the Court of Harvesters, death knight with the Undying Army, Druid with Ardenweald, Priest with Kyrian and so on. That sense of identity seems to be lost now.
