Which ranged class next?

So I’m leveling blood elves right now but I have no idea what to level next after the warlock. It’s either going to be mage, bm/mm hunter or shadow priest. Just pick for me! Closes and covers eyes Most popular spec/class from above voted for I will be forced to level first after the warlock.

Fire mage is fun, not sure about it during low levels though. They fit belves well.

I haven’t leveled a priest yet but between the other two I like my fire mage more. The only drawback is you’ll get random stuff aggro’d as things catch fire.

Musta got hit hard with nerf bat since I played mine, well at the start of the expansion they were fantastic :partying_face:

It’s only when you get into raiding that you will see the nerf. For everyday leveling and questing, it’s still one of the best.

I most heartily agree, my good man. I’ve dabbled in leveling both an Arcane mage (Nightborne) and a Frost mage (Undead), but absolutely adore the Fire spec. Aside from the rather occasional instance of garnering the attention of several foes due to accidental combustive pyroclasm, most foes are ash by the time they reach my gloriously-appointed booted feet.

And for a group of elves who revel in the sun an a diurnal waking cycle (no offense to our nocturnal Kaldorei kin), the very image of holding fistfuls of fire aloft as you prepare to literally incinerate all who incite the wrath of Silvermoon seems a fine fit indeed. Hunters are serviceable enough, though I’ll leave the shadow-dabbling to those foolish-yet-vivacious purple Ren’dorei. We’ve enough problems with the Void right now, thanks very much to the Kul Tiran tidesages.
