We have 4 sets of elves already. High Elves are not a race. They are a class of Noble Elves. High elves are little more than a re-skin for Blood and void.

As far as ACTUAL races go, it might be nice to finally have Ogres, Tuskarr, or Vrykul. We have enough of nearly everything else. Let’s have something Large and impressive.

Seeing these as full playable races for their respective factions would be a dream come true for me.

Honestly i think we are ready for ogres, and for the Alliance they could finally get high elfs, i mean real ones, and no, i dont mean Blood elfs with blue eyes

i mean a whole new race with a whole new model, that resembles to elfs and humans, because lets remember they are no longer pure blood elfs

The game doesn’t need anymore elves or dwarf races. Knowing blizz though we will somehow see 5 more offshoot dwarf races…

the finger on the monkey paw will curl for naga and it’ll just be some big ugly bipedal scaled night elves (which im sure will probably not happen, especially when we are getting harranir that in terms of design, are another night elf derivative race)

Ogres, Dragons(real dragons not the diluted draktyr version), Nerubians, Naga, Legion Pit Lords and Nathrezim. These guys have been long overdue… There is not a single 6 extremities humanoid playable in game. The fantasies on most playable toons are really one dimensional when balance and meta kick in you are stock playing flavor of the month whether you like it or not.

High elves are not a new model. They are recolored blood elves.

At this point, not even that, Blood Elves can now be Paladins AND have blue eyes. There’s nothing separating a Blood Elf and High Elf anymore besides sheer political loyalty and nothing more concretely physical than that.

In fact most High Elves even returned to Silvermoon with the Blood Elves and reassimilated.

Ogres, Ethereals, Mok’nathal (Rexxar’s sporting his own relatively new model), Centaur (I’d sacrifice mounts to play as these), Naga, Furbolgs, hell I’ll even take Ascended Nerubians at this point.
