The Pandaren. While I can’t think of an explicit example in the game, the culture Pandaren are based on are very much into massages and general relaxation.

You dont look like a Pandaren to me.
I reverted a race change but my bylines haven’t updated yet, because I haven’t relogged. I intend to remain a Pandaren Elf forever.

Tauren/Kul Tiran for deep tissue. But as someone mentioned, Pandaren likely know cultural techniques (e.g. reiki, acupuncture, hot stone) that would have pretty salubrious effects.
What might be funny though are some of the less traditional races. A gnome, goblin, or vulpera could walk across your back. Mechagnomes probably have e-stim and other automated techniques. Worgen seem like they’d be painful and leave you smelling like dog.

Honestly stuck between a Tauren and possibly a Pandaren. Tauren just being among the heaviest of races and Pandaren who are typically known for all sort of relaxation, so no doubt they will know how to do massages in general.
