In WoW, legitimately and not BSing, would be Goblins then Gnomes.
Maybe not that wise, but wisdom is a dump stat when you got big brain.

Not saying Draenei arenât smart, but isnât most their âtechâ magic based? I could be wrong but everything they use seems to basically be like the mage floating disc on a grander scale. Obviously arcane things like that in wow require high intelligence as well but in that sense it seems like nightborne could be on par with them.
Heck the Zandalari have laser cannons too. They just strap them to dinosaurs instead of machines.
Considering that many forms of magic in wow require high levels of skill and learning it seems in accurate to measure the intelligence of a race solely based on their level of technology.
Again im not disputing Draeneiâs high intelligence per say, but it seems like a lot of the races that are highly adept at arcane and other forms of non- âspiritual/beliefâ based magics should definitely be in the running for âmost intelligentâ as well. I feel like several races âcouldâ make a space ship, they just have never needed to.

The most intelligent race are really the murlocs, they just have everyone fooled.

Lore wise the majority of Draenei technology was given to them by the Naaru, where they eventually learned how to operate, maintain, and build similar devices of their own.
Goblins & Gnomes are canonically the most intelligent beings on Azeroth, barring the Watchers.

On a pure logic basis: Gnomes. They are almost robotic in nature, because they kinda are just robots but fleshy.
Goblins are also up there, due to their exposure to Kajamite. But as the website states, as the Kajamite wears off and their supplies run low, so does their intelligence. They did find more in Zuldazar, but how long will that last? One thing the Goblins have over Gnomes, though, is a seemingly more innate âstreet smartsâ that isnât really intelligence or logic, but can help push them over the top at times.

This is out of date.
Blizzard themselves confirmed that the Goblins no longer require direct kajaâmite to sustain their intelligence. They have âplateauedâ, so to speak. More kajaâmite simply enhances their brilliance temporarily.
Well, if itâs out of date, I still stand by my statements. Gnomes are more intelligent than Goblins are, on a strictly logic based scale.
