Which part did you consider the worst

Well, it’s always been unbalanced, from a PvE stance Horde has magnificent racials and somewhat better PvP ones. That sort of vacuumed all good players into the Horde.

Whereas the Alliance is greatly populated due to the aesthetically pleasing presentation of their races. But most of the Alliance population is incompetent when compared with the Horde’s.

Story-wise, Horde is always getting villain-batter and the Alliance is always following a boring idealistic leader like Anduin.

Headcanon there’s no lore on birthrates

Considering they were an immortal race, it stands to reason they wouldn’t want to procreate like rabbits, otherwise Kalimdor would have been overpopulated by now.

Implicit stuff.

People don’t seem to understand why blizzard is hesitant to merge the faction I want them to do it but I understand it’s a big change and if it ends up being bad for the game like flying they can’t remove or add some achievement to fix it like they did with flying

Will there enough elves in stormwind to fill it up and pour out to goldshire numbers don’t have a place in the game there’s as many elf babies as blizzard wants there to be

What?

No, seriously, what?

Might wanna give Google Translate a go, I can’t get anything of what you’re trying to say.

You never read elegy the nelf refugees fill stormwind up and the mass of people stretched all the way to goldshire that’s a lot of people that and there’s no lore about birthrates it’s dumb to assume anything without a slick of evidence

Yes, of course they’d fill up Stormwind. The city is chaos, population and economically-wise. (See: Westfall)

Though victory was won over the dreaded Scourge, it came at a great cost. The costs of the war in the north have taxed some of the Stormwind citizens to the point of bankruptcy. The people of Westfall, who were just recovering from years of neglect and harassment from Defias bandits, fell on especially hard times after the war

It’s not like you’re putting Night Elven refugees in an empty land, it was already preoccupied by humans.

Hyperbole much?

There might be no lore, but hey, guess what? There’s this word called ‘‘speculation’’ and you can use existing information to try and get a feasable answer. Incredible, right?

But there is no existing info that’s the point

What’s the Draenei’s excuse for all their children we see and such then?

No clue /shrug, they’re an Alien after all, they might have different ways.

Then again, the Draenei have always been on the brink of extinction.

  • Escape of Argus, just a contigent of Draenei not all the race
  • Escape from countless worlds Kil’jaeden pursued them from
  • Genocide at the hands of orcs
  • Escape from Draenor
  • The remaining Draenei got turned into Broken
  • Now they have been stated to be completely exhausted in resources and manpower after the Legion.

Considering all that has happened to them I wouldn’t be surprised if they needed to procreate more, given how they’re always getting the short end of the stick.

Remember the nelves ballooned from a small troll tribe to a massive empire with millions and millions of people that covered the whole super continent in a very short time. They are evolved trolls if anything there fertility is even better than troll.

For Night Elves, we have the strange case of Istaria, who was a child during the Cataclsym (and used a Blood Elf Child model, since Blizzard is lazy and still hasn’t made a Night Elf child model), and was the child of Leyara and Valstann Staghelm. Except Valstann Staghelm died in the War of the Shifting Sands, around a thousand-years before the Cataclysm.

This either means Night Elf pregnancy lasts about a thousand years, or Blizzard doesn’t put any thought into Night Elf children.

blizzard already said a nelf adult is 20 years in the illidan book

I see no indication that they’re doing so, nor any reason that it should.

Literally the faction pops one of the most important reasons

When it come to top end raiding. Horde racials pretty much own the game. That’s why all the world firsts pretty much go to Horde guilds. Even if they have to race change to Alliance for a week to do so.

Hence waiting for Ion to retire.

You just pointed out a reason why it should:

To be fair, you’d have to be one heck of a Mythic raider to be able to care about racials.

I am a Mythic raider and my racial barely comes up to mind when we were trying to progress Dazar’alor or EP. It’s such a small % (of players) that it’s barely noticeable for game purposes, I think they’ve done a good job so far giving more aesthetically pleasing races to the Horde.

With the addition of the Nightborne.

It only really makes a difference in the ultimate top top tier where every niggling micro percentage makes a difference. Alliance does have some better racials for leveling but Horde racials make a major difference at that top extreme tier. All the world’s first raiding guilds are pretty much Horde guilds for this reason. Changing that is going to take more effort than Blizzard feels like putting out.
