Night elf or Blood elf? Not including Nightborne or Void elf as they are just a different flavor of the first two. Now I’m talking generally, aesthetically, thematically, and Lore. Who does it better?

Gnomes, Gnomes are the superior Elf 
Personally though, I’d say Night Elf. Blood Elves just seem kinda meh to me tbh

Both are good. I’m biased towards blood elves though. And I’m still salty at Elune. She did her people dirty.
What did she do exactly? I’m still dredging through the story (doing the Ardenweald covenant now, I kind of like it.)

However, you cannot be a demon hunter and that is a tragedy.
Why would I ever want to be? Void is far superior to Fel.
Elune kinda had a blindspot and couldn’t see what was going on in the Shadowlands. So she figured “Hey my sister would love these souls” from Teldrassil.
Winter Queen felt ignored because she got no souls so she was extra mean regarding her sister. Hence why she seemed really irked when we tried to get Ysera’s seed healed up

So she sent the souls slaughtered at Teldrassil (sorry) to Ardenweald but they got waylaid by the Maw. I mean that sucks but not entirely her fault because as you said, She had a blindspot in the Shadowlands. How was she to know the whole thing was broken.
Obviously belves and Nightborne because they’re Horde.
p.s. Both Horde elves have beautiful cities. Can’t say the same for nelves and velves…

Winter Queen til this cutscene happens was basically just “WHY ARE YOU IGNORING ME”

Both. Neither. Night elf has a ton of lore behind them, but blood isn’t lacking much there either. Their storyline has a twist that to me makes them more interesting.
The way they both look is fine… need a lot more options for all the elves. Blood can be a bit slinky, but good for one, and one void. Night elves I have more of but their female hair options need work.
