The best talent builds for all 3 specs are slightly different between the two guide websites.

what spec are you referring to? MM is the same writer on both sites and other two specs are involved in a ton of collaboration, usually any differences should be explained either there or you can go to the discord and ask as well

MM Delves build:
On Wowhead, “Ohn’ahran Winds” is selected, but Icy Vein’s thinks it’s bugged, so “Small Game Hunter” is selected instead.
BM Mythic+ build:
On Wowhead Serpentine Rhythm is selected, but on Icy Vein’s Barbed Scales is selected instead .
Survival Delves build:
On Wowhead “Butchery” is selected, on Icy Veins’ “Flanking Strike” is selected.

Are both guides up to date? If Winds was bugged when one was written but fixed by the release of the other, could chalk it up to timing.

Im on the Trueshot Lodge Discord and my understanding is the Icy Veins one is the most up to date/accurate. I vaguely recall something about wowhead being more hoops to jump through to make changes.

Here is my advice take it for what you will there are three sites I use wowhead, icyveins, and blood mallet I look at what they suggest and then try them and see if they fit for what I want to do if not I will make slight changes in selections. So again take it for what you will but this is my advice do not use just source or two use multiple and see what seems to work for you get you to the dps numbers you want and have fun then.

I usually follow wowhead but for a lot of specs the information is very similar. I like the wowhead guide as they advise reasoning with certain talents. When it comes to raiding you can cross reference the guides with logs based on your spec for certain fights to see whos running what and when for a better understanding.
