Literally the question above.
None
The winner of the worst is WOD.
WoD? Though I did actually enjoy WoD more mostly due to being in a guild with a raid
Wod had good leveling and stories it only failed at end game
I’ve only experienced BFA and Shadowlands live so for me Shadowlands was a let down compared to BFA. I know others who have played a lot longer will have a different answer.
Hmm. I’d say TBC and Wod. Maybe early-mid BFA.
cataclysm ruined so much.
WoD
And it’s not even close.
battle for azeroth…
wod was bad as well but it was still playable…
WOD is up there, could honestly be SL tho.
Yes it had good leveling and storylines and garrison was fun it was only end game that failed to me all of sl failed
nah WoD raids were pretty stellar. Pvp wasn’t that bad either. The problem is that was it. Outdoor content didn’t exist when you could just afk in your garrison and get what you needed.
WoD would have been good if it didn’t have so much cut content.
wod still had fleshed out classes. I think legion had the pruning but the artifact and legendary made it tolerable, BFA had the worse of both worlds
Not having anything to do but sit in a garrison at max level means end game failed because it was only raids and nothing else interesting
That’s the expansion that brought RBGs one of my favorite things to do in game for YEARS. The world will get by without the same quests and slightly different zones…
No? That was WOD. MoP was the pinnacle of class design.
it was the same expansion that ruined talent trees, ruined a whole lot of iconic leveling zones and removed those quests from the game, bought a whole bunch of boring raids, and introduced one of the most tedious professions archeology to the game.
The one I liked least was the Mist of Pandaria. The starting zone in the East was fine but when I got to the zone down south I hit a brick wall.
Has anyone seen the VLDL Youtube channel, Viva La Dirt League? It’s a bunch of guys in New Zeeland that are really funny. They did a series of satires in WOW like games and they nailed that Panda southern zone.
“Adventurer, I’ve lost my sheep. Can you go round them up?” It was all farm animal recovery and a little more but not much. That was my 1st burnout period, I reduced down to about once a week then eventually went back and started leveling other toons.
