Which ones do you use for your major + minor?

This is an example of my best essences for my current gear. Even though CLF+WV+CoF is higher DPS. I am currently running CLF+CoF+C&S. I run this because of high movement in M+ and PVP.
The reason why is because WV is hinged upon others having at least lvl3 and being near you. This is not likely unless you are in a guild so I run the highest Sim not dependent upon other players.
