I want to install ElvUI- There are many options to choose.Nothing say ELVUI by it self.Which one would I choose for basic installation?I knoow I need other ones as well like addonskins.Thanks! edit: somone just told me to go to tukui. Can I iuse Twitch and Tukui at the same time?

For ElvUI you need to use the Tukui client available on their website https://www.tukui.org/download.php?client=win for Windows or https://www.tukui.org/download.php?client=mac for Mac. You just need to create a free profile and then you are good to go. Its a simple client install that will help you keep ElvUI up to date, and yes you can use ElvUI/Tukui and Twitch at the same time. The ElvUI you get on Twitch are additional addons you get that enhance ElvUI with little extra features the base ElvUI does not have.
For some nice ElvUI setups go to https://wago.io/search/Type:+ElvUI, as there are hundred upon hundred of already set up profiles of users there. You can also get some nice Weak Auras there for all classes, if you are using Weak Auras.
