The idea of inc is fine.
The approach is wrong.
The basic idea was fine but whoever came up with the idea of how the quests were turned in, reaccepted and shared needs to never be allowed near design again.
They underestimate people. They know games, but have trouble understanding gamers. 
Yeah again why the anti addon community should be flat out ignored. Why would you ever trust Blizzard enough to handle UI and different interactions. They are so notoriously bad at dealing with stuff. There is a reason addons are so popular.
The incursion addon makes resetting and sharing in incs comfortable.
