Currently using the wrist (Adaptive Dracothyst Armguards) and the ring (Signet of Titanic Insight), but was thinking of switching out the ring for the Lariat neck. Yay? Nay?
Lariat is nerfed by 50% in PVP and scales of the amount of gems you have, so I’d probably recommend against it.

Is mastery good for pres? The healers that I play make good use of the mastery bonus when over 90% health because it’s pretty easy to keep yourself topped when not the focus target. It’s probably the most consistent stat bonus embellishment. Does pres not need precog though?

precog + infurious boots are probably safe bets. if you’re not good with precog, adaptive armguards probably aren’t bad. I personally ended up using the allied legguards of sansok khan because that’s what I crafted for pve.

Run 0 crit, never run precog. Pick any two of adaptive, infurious boots, verdant conduit, blue silken lining

Precog is kinda worthless on pres. You have three healing schools, you’re never without something useful to use.
